Reverend Dick and Judy Miller believe in miracles! They believe God to see things happen! We believe that together we can help others who are temporarily in need of assistance and can benefit from our ministry. Our slogan is "Feeding the Multitude on Faith and a Few Loaves and Fishes." We have thought about this ministry for years, but only recently we decided to "get out of the boat" and get things done. Our Lord is able to do abundantly above all that we say or ask! He only asks that we go into all the world and minister His Word. With Loaves and Fishes Food Ministry we have begun to do just that! "[Jesus] Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, He gave thanks and …they all ate and were satisfied." (Matthew 14:19,20; Mark 6:41,42; Luke 9:16,17)

Request for Refrigerators, Freezers and Shelving

Jesus can multiply many times over what we have to give.  He blesses our giving and knows our hearts.

Good morning everyone!  We just wanted to let you know that we have made a request on Morristown Freecycle as well as Cocke County Freecycle for working refrigerators and freezers, as well as shelving that we might use in our endeavor to feed the hungry. We have also made requests on Craigslist.

Currently we are in the process of setting things up and will not be ready to distribute food at this time until the shelves are stocked a bit. We will be contacting The Plain Talk newspaper in Newport to put an article in the newspaper soon as well as other newspapers.

We are anxiously waiting to see what the Lord will do in this ministry. We have asked HIM to go before us. We ask that you support this ministry with your prayers if you are unable to give.

If you would like to donate food or arrange a food drive at your church or business, or as an individual, please let us know. Any help is appreciated. You will get a tax deductible receipt for your donations.

Together, we can "Feed the Multitude on Faith and a Few Loaves and Fishes" if we all work together.

There are local food  ministries that have been wonderful in feeding the hungry through Soup Kitchen type ministries; however, we wish to take this a little further and minister with a fully stocked food pantry and possibly take it to shut-ins, disabled, and the elderly with deliveries to their homes if possible.

God bless you and yours as we continue this journey! We will try to keep you updated through this site on a regular basis. Pass the word!
